1.Is it possible to get a preview of the presets applied to my pictures before
purchasing them?
A: Yes, it is possible. If you wish to see how your picture turns out after applying our
presets, you may submit 5 RAW images through the 'We Transfer' App to
itmanager@wevaphotography.com. We will send you the edited pictures after
applying your desired preset. Don't forget to tell us the Preset(s) you would like to try on.
2.Which all versions of Adobe Photoshop, Camera Raw and Lightroom are
compatible with the Presets?
A: The Presets support Adobe Camera Raw 10.3 and Lightroom 7.3 versions and all the
succeeding ones for sure! The file format we support is the brand new .XMP format.
Don't forget to stay equipped with the newest versions of Adobe Camera Raw and/or
Adobe Lightroom to avail our Presets.
3.Is it possible to get a refund?
A:We do not refund, return or exchange our Presets under any conditions. You must
make sure of the compatibility of your camera files and/or software version before
making any purchases. Make sure to thoroughly study the complete requirements
given for each product. We will not issue an exchange or refund if the product
purchased goes incompatible with the camera files or software you own.
4.What are the different file formats available for the Presets?
A:We deliver all our presets in .XMP format that is supported by Adobe Camera Raw
and Adobe Lightroom.
